Gulshan-E-Osman
Phase-I & II
Gulshan-e-Osman Phase I & II was the first project of Osman Housing, approved by the Malir Cantonment Board. In this project, plots were offered to people on very easy installments, and constructed bungalows were also provided. It included 120 sq. yards plots as well as one-unit bungalows, which proved to be highly successful at the time.

Phase-III
Gulshan-e-Osman Phase III is a premium project of Osman Housing, ideally located on M-9 Motorway opposite Lucky Cement. This project attracted strong interest, especially from overseas investors who invested confidently for future growth. Today, it stands as a successful example, with investors achieving excellent returns on their investments.
Osman Malir
Town
Osman Malir Town is a successful gated community project by Osman Housing, launched in 2026. It received an overwhelming response, with many Malir residents purchasing plots in the pre-launch phase, making it a major opportunity in the real estate market. Its launch created strong market excitement and set new benchmarks for demand and trust.
